The School is set within an inspiring 240‑acre campus, conveniently located close to London and within 50 minutes of both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. With historic buildings alongside modern teaching suites, beautiful landscaped grounds and incredible sports facilities, the campus is one of the best independent school venues in the country.

Charterhouse’s extensive facilities offer pupils an unrivalled breadth of opportunity to explore their passions and interests. The art department alone contains a gallery space, ceramics and textiles studios, 3D room, photography dark room, print-making workshop and IT facilities for digital photography, film and animations. There is also a newly built Business, Leadership and Entrepreneurship Centre. Sports facilities include a sports centre with 25-metre pool, large sports hall, gym and studios as well as fives, racquets and squash courts, a tartan athletics track, hybrid-astro hockey pitches, numerous grass football pitches, tennis courts and more.

We offer traditional 19th century boarding houses in the main school, with their stunning architecture, impressive history and charming atmosphere.
